Ocean Beach occurs as community in a City of San Diego, California, USA. These are placed in the south of Mission Bay and Mission Beach and west of Downtown San Diego on the Pacific Ocean at the american terminus of Interstate 8. Ocean Beach houses 2 schools (Ocean Beach Simple, & Sacred Heart Academy), & multiple churches. It has 1 library, numbers of antique places, & the main street of business, Newport Avenue, is illustrious for The blacken, a head shop (smoke paraphenalia & black lightly posters). Ocean Beach was given its title by developers Billy Carlson & Frank Higgins around 1887. A Ocean Beach Pier, built inside 1966, is the longest on the West Coast of the United States, measuring 1971 feet.
